PrecisionIT is a managed services provider (MSP) for Information Technology for small and medium sized businesses (SMB).  Our IT Department services platform is our core service offering.  The IT Department support services platform is the foundation of our IT support services for our clients, and provides the context for any other IT services that we provide to our clients, such as system upgrades, office relocations, or in-depth network evaluations. In this program, PrecisionIT will provide all of the management and technical services necessary to maintain a healthy network and ensure a high level of productivity and uptime for the firm.  We provide IT support services for supporting “business as usual” (BAU), and our IT advisory and management services will support the evolution of your IT operations to match the evolution of your business.

The foundation of our services practice is built upon the long-term trusted partnership we develop with our clients based on open communications, honest expectations, and consistent service.  We have very low client turnover and we add very few new clients each year, supporting modest growth.  Our primary focus is on the needs of our current portfolio of clients.
